• ITC dividend record date 2023 - ITC has announced a dividend Rs 6.75 per share and a special dividend of Rs 2.75 per share with a face value of Re 1. The stock traded ex-dividend on May 30. The record date is also May 30.

• Vedanta dividend ex date - Vedanta has announced an interim dividend of Rs 18.50 per equity share with a face value of Re 1. The stock traded ex-dividend on May 30. The record date is also May 30.

• Rallis India dividend 2023 record date - Rallis India has announced a dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity share with a face value of Re 1. The stock traded ex-dividend on May 30.

• Shree Rama Multi-Tech rights issue - Shree Rama Multi-Tech has issued rights shares of Rs 5 in the ratio of 11:10 @ premium of Rs 4 on May 30.

• Praxis Home Retail rights issue - Praxis Home Retail has issued rights shares of Rs 5 in the ratio of 13:20 @ premium of Rs 5 on May 30.
